Corporate Documents for a North Carolina Corporation or

Limited Liability Company

The two most commonly used limited liability entities in the State of North Carolina are the limited liability company and the corporation.  Each of which as its own pros and cons, and depending on your personal circumstances, one may be better for you than the other.  If you are not sure which one is the right one for you, contact our office to schedule a consultation.  If you're ready to form your business, you can purchase one of the packages below to get started.  Our office can submit your filing to the North Carolina Secretary of State's Office for an additional $275, which includes the $125 dollar filing fee to the North Carolina Secretary of State's Office.

Corporate Operational Documents

Amendment to articles of incorporation

This document is used to amend an Articles of Incorporation. It is filed with the state of incorporation and approved by the shareholders of the corporation and its Board of Directors.

Amendment to corporate bylaws

The form is used to advise the shareholders of a proposed amendment to the bylaws. Generally, final approval is given when the shareholders approve the amendment.
